If you inject large amounts of oxygen into the body, it represents a deadly blow to a cancerous disease, and one of the carriers of this type of treatment is wheatgrass. There are many different ways to destroy cancer. Wheatgrass contains chlorophyll, a compound with almost the same structure as hemoglobin.

These two compounds are interconnected because the increased concentration of chlorophyll in the body increases hemoglobin production. As a result, we get a greater supply of oxygen to the body’s parts where the cancer is located. The stalk and grass of wheat also contain a very high selenium concentration, which is also an anticancer compound.

Wheat germ

Wheat germ

Wheat germ itself contains a minimum of 13 vitamins: excellent antioxidants and very many minerals, and over 20 different amino acids with over 30 different enzymes.

One of the essential enzymes is superperoxide distimutazine, or so-called SOD, which contains two superoxide ions, a molecule of hydrogen peroxide, and one oxygen molecule.

This compound, as an antioxidant, manages to cleanse the most dangerous free radical body, ROS. It converts it into hydrogen peroxide, a very deadly compound for cancerous diseases, and creates a free oxygen molecule. With this preparation, we destroy cancer and oxidize our bodies.

Using

wheat grass picture

Due to certain compounds in wheatgrass, we have one fundamental process. Some compounds reach their full potency immediately after squeezing the juice of cereal grass, while some only after 4 hours after squeezing.

It is recommended to drink part of the juice immediately after squeezing and leave part of the juice for later consumption after 4 hours. It is also important not to ingest water that contains chlorine.

This method can be performed even more successfully if you squeeze the juice for about 20 minutes you bombard with ultraviolet light.

Ultraviolet light

There are records that scientists researched in 1940, which lasted for the next ten years, in which medicinal workers took a small amount of blood from people with cancer, and that same blood was bombarded with ultra-violet light. After this phase, researchers returned it to the bloodstream. There are claims that the same blood, spreading through the bloodstream, destroyed microbes that are one of the carriers and culprits for cancer formation and spread.

Ultraviolet lamps or bactericidal lamps are used to sterilize air in large rooms with UV radiation and are used primarily in health care institutions.

How to make wheat juice

You can make juice from wheat germ and wheatgrass with about 150-200 grams of grass, half a liter of spring water, and one lemon.

Prepare two doses for consumption. The grain is cut and harvested when it is approximately 4 centimeters high. It takes about 2 weeks to grow to that height. Use a clean and very sharp knife for cutting, and the grain is cut about a centimeter high from the ground.

Cut the grass with a knife into smaller pieces and wash it in non-chlorinated water. You can also purify this grass with an ozonizer.

Please put it in a blender or juicer and squeeze a sufficient cereal juice amount. Squeeze the wheat germ several times by returning the waste from the juicer back and straining it again by adding a little water. You can repeat this process 3 times until the green mass becomes lighter and pale green. Then you know that you have squeezed out enough chlorophyll.

Use of wheat germ juice

Mix the obtained juice from wheat germ and wheatgrass with lemon juice and sweeten with stevia. Mix this mixture with half a liter of water. Drink one half immediately and leave the other for later.

You can expose the other half to ultraviolet light for the next four hours in a box made especially for this purpose, lined on the inside with aluminum foil to increase reflection.

What is a raw food diet?

Today, the raw food diet includes uncooked, unprocessed, mostly organic foods, with basics that include: raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. Some raw foods proponents will eat unpasteurized dairy foods, raw eggs, meat, and fish. This food can be eaten cold or even a little warm.

The goal of eating more raw foods is to get a lot of nutrients in an easily digestible way. The idea of consuming a raw food diet has actually existed since the 1800s. However, it gained popularity in the 1940s (as mentioned above), and both studies show that the benefits of eating raw food include:

reducing inflammation
improving digestion
providing more dietary fiber
improving heart health
helping in optimal liver function
cancer prevention
prevention or treatment of constipation
giving you more energy
skin cleansing
preventing nutrient deficiencies
reducing the number of antinutrients and carcinogens in your diet
helping you maintain a healthy weight

The most important raw food diet feature is that pasteurized, homogenized, or produced synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives are omitted. This means avoiding or at least significantly reducing the most popular packaged and processed foods sold in the grocery store, such as bread, bottled spices, cereals, crackers, cheese, refined oil, and processed meats.
