Description
The term amygdalin comes from the Greek and means almond. Amygdalin is obtained in a dosage form in the form of a tablet (Laetrile) or the form of an infusion solution from apricot seeds in the form of almonds. Laetrile has slightly different ingredients from amygdalin. The action mode is as follows: the poison hydrocyanic acid is incorporated inbound form into amygdalin and is therefore not toxic to the human body. However, amygdalin acts as a “natural cytostatic agent” for the cancer cell. Because amygdalin combines with an enzyme (alpha-glucosidase), which only releases the cancer cell to attack healthy tissue. Vitamin B17 binds to this enzyme. Only in connection with the enzyme, amygdalin, which is harmless in itself, releases its toxic component hydrogen cyanide so that only the cancer cell is destroyed in isolation. As a result, healthy tissue remains completely undamaged.
Of course, our other proven complementary principles of oncology therapy are still used, such as enzymes, vital substances, herbal medicines, homeopathy, and other—oncologically effective supplements (e.g., DCA ). There are measures for the general improvement of vitality such as oncological nutrition advice, psycho-oncological care, general and special strengthening of the immune system, application of ozone by autologous blood, intestinal rehabilitation, and procedures for removal/detoxification of various additional harmful substances. Ideally, all of these measures can be applied in addition to vitamin B17 therapy.
Vitamin B17 and apricot kernels
Applying apricot seeds as a medicine has a very long tradition in medical history. Several thousand years ago, bitter apricot kernels were used as a medicine in China and the Orient. At 18. For centuries, amygdalin has even been the subject of intensive research activities in Europe. Since then, this substance has been very often used and studied in one form or another.
