WILD cucumber is a perennial plant with broad stems and heart-shaped leaves. The fruit is elongated, and the ripe seed is shot under pressure on the ripe fruit.
The plant is found on sandy soils along the Black Sea coast, the Thracian lowlands, along the rivers Struma and Tundža and in the eastern Rhodopes, up to about 1000 m. It blooms in VI-IX months.
Used for:
fever;
sinusitis;
as a drastic laxative with analgesic effect;
jaundice;
Island;
viral hepatitis;
rheumatism;
sciatica;
neuralgia.
Method of application:
For fever and sinusitis – drip 2 drops in each nostril, 3-4 times a day.
Internal application:
Laxative with analgesic effect – take 5 to 20 drops of tea a day.
For jaundice, edema and viral hepatitis t – take 2-3 drops, 6 times a day with mineral water.
External application:
In rheumatism, sciatica, neuralgia – apply and rub on the site of pain.
