DIM Plus, Nature’s Way, 208 mg 60 capsules
Studies show that diindolylmethane increases levels of beneficial estrogen (2-hydroxyestrogen) and decreases levels of less useful estrogen (16-hydroxyestrogen). DIM Plus contains diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale. DIM Plus contains the Bio Responsible-DIM complex and a patented delivery system that increases the bioavailability of diindolylmethane. The bioavailability of DIM Plus is higher compared to ordinary diindolylmethane and its unstable precursor indole-3-carbinol (I3C). With DIM Plus you are guaranteed to get a stable dose of diindolylmethane. DIM Plus also contains spinach, the preparation has a positive effect on:
