Magnesium chloride has the ability to accelerate cellular activity and thus the metabolism of the entire organism. Magnesium, a key element in producing many enzymatic reactions at the cellular level, becomes very effective in fighting infections when combined with chloride.

What sets it apart from other elements is that magnesium chloride helps the immune system fight cancer naturally. Since this mineral is filtered in the kidneys, it is not uncommon for many people to have a magnesium deficiency in the body.

Studies have shown that magnesium chloride helps the body strengthen the immune system. After taking this preparation, the body itself accelerated cancer cells’ identification and destruction. Magnesium chloride not only helps destroy cancer cells it also revitalizes patients. Cancer patients.

What exactly is magnesium chloride?

From a chemical perspective, magnesium chloride is the two elements, magnesium, and chlorine, that have formed the bond. The molecular formula is MgCl2, which means that two chloride ions form a compound with one magnesium ion. The two substances form a salt lattice, so their structure is a lattice.

When obtaining magnesium chloride from nature, seawater or saltwater springs are used as sources. For example, seawater was evaporated to give a crystalline substance. In this regard, magnesium chloride is still combined with table salt, so the table salt must be removed. In the end, pure magnesium chloride remains.

It is prevalent to use it to produce magnesium oils or baths. But it is also popular for consumption and therefore as a dietary supplement because the body can absorb it well in this form.

Function of magnesium in the body

Entire books could be written about the functions of magnesium in the body. The fact is that life without magnesium would not exist because the most important bodily functions would not function.

Magnesium chloride can be used to allow our body to perform the following functions, for example:

  • Necessary for the formation of bones and teeth
  • great influence on the transmission of stimuli between nerves
  • Adrenaline release
  • It activates over 300 metabolic enzyme
  • Blood clot inhibitor

It was just a short list of magnesium-dependent bodily functions. The most well-known is probably the transmission of stimuli between nerves because if this function does not function properly, muscle spasms can occur.

As you can see, it is an essential substance for our lives. We should make sure that we consume enough magnesium every day, namely at least 300-400 mg. Women should use it a little less than men.

How can magnesium chloride be used? – general use

when bathing

Magnesium chloride can be used and consumed in various ways. Different methods of application bring different benefits. For example, it can be applied to the skin with magnesium spray, but it can also be dissolved in water and drunk.

To give you a better overview, we will show you the most common application methods, including tips.

External use

If you prefer the external application of magnesium, you can choose between magnesium oil or a bath. You can use the baths by dipping your feet or lying in the bathtub.

Magnesium oil

The production of magnesium oil is not rocket science. To do this, dissolve approximately 3 – 3.5 g of magnesium chloride in 100 ml of water. You can then keep the mixture in a glass or fill it into a spray bottle. It is suitable for the so-called transdermal application, i.e., application to the skin, which is supposed to absorb magnesium into the body.

If you can’t mess around at home, you can buy magnesium oil. There are different versions, with or without a sprayer.

Feet or bath

Due to its good solubility in water, magnesium powder can be used in a bath or foot bath. Foot baths have a very relaxing effect due to the heat and can burden your back like problems and fatigue.

For a foot bath, put a few teaspoons in a wide bucket or foot bath and fill it with warm water. Mix the water so that the magnesium dissolves and keep the feet in the footbath for 20-30 minutes.

If you want to take a bath more, fill the tub with warm water. Then add about 500g – 1000g of powder. It will dissolve quickly. You should lie in the volume for about 20-30 minutes.

Magnesium chloride as a beverage

With the help of magnesium chloride, a drink can also be made. For this, you need magnesium chloride hexahydrate. This is a form that you can usually buy in pharmacies.

It is recommended to mix approximately 30 g with one liter of water and drink 50-100 ml twice a day. The dosage depends entirely on how well your body can tolerate magnesium chloride. If you get diarrhea, the dosage was too strong. It can also have a laxative effect.

Magnesium chloride absorption

magnesium chloride

How much can magnesium chloride be very easily absorbed through the skin? And in our case, we made a DMSO solution or used it as a bath salt, and this mineral can very easily reach metastasis. One of the most deadly cancer types, pancreatic cancer, is extremely difficult to operate on. Also, Mesothelioma is a type of cancer that is difficult to notice because it manifests and shows up only when it begins its cycle of spreading or metastasizing. During the use of magnesium chloride in clinical studies, it was concluded that these two types of very deadly cancers are withdrawn. Magnesium chloride has also been shown to be effective in other cancers as an activator of the immune system.

Magnesium chloride testing

In 1915, a French surgeon Professor Pier Delbet tried to find a solution that would clean the wounds because he noticed that classic antiseptics affected the wound tissue and accelerated the infection instead of preventing it.

He tested several mineral solutions and found that magnesium chloride not only does not destroy tissue but also has an exceptionally positive effect on leukocyte activity and phagocytosis. It proved to be a perfect solution for treating external wounds.

Dr. Delbet performed many “in vitro” and “in vivo” experiments and concluded that magnesium chloride is not only great for external use but that when used orally, it is an excellent activator and stimulator of the immune system.  He called the effect of this preparation cytoplasm. In some studies, magnesium chloride increased phagocytosis by 300%.

Dr. Delbet also discovered that oral use has a perfect effect on people and the entire human body.  Therapeutic use of this preparation is successful for a long list of diseases.

Use during treatment

Magnesium chloride has proven to be very successful in treating colitis, anginocolitis, Parkinson’s disease and tremors, muscle cramps in the nervous system, acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts, itchy skin of various origins. This preparation strengthens hair and nails, has a good effect on impotence, prostate hypertrophy, improves circulation, and affects allergic diseases, asthma and urticaria, and many other diseases.

Prof. Delbet also researched the relationship between magnesium and cancer. During clinical trials, he discovered that magnesium chloride has a powerful preventive effect on cancer development and successfully treats several pre-cancerous conditions such as leukoplakia, hyperkeratosis, and chronic mastitis.

Cancer and the immune system

Epidemiological studies have confirmed Dr. Delbet’s claim. In regions where the soil is rich in magnesium, a smaller number of people who have cancer have been recorded.

During the research, magnesium chloride’s solution also slowed down the development of cancer cells.

In 1943, another French doctor, A. Neveu, conducted several studies on magnesium chloride effects on diphtheria. It has been established that the use of magnesium chloride alone eliminates the symptoms of diphtheria in just one day.

He made an immune-stimulating serum based on magnesium chloride and found that all patients suffering from diphtheria were cured within one day without any contraindications. Since magnesium chloride does not affect bacteria, Dr. Neveu found that magnesium chloride has a stimulating effect on the immune system and can be used against viral diseases for that purpose. So with this preparation, he started treating some polio cases with excellent results.

Enemies of magnesium chloride

Soon these two doctors, due to their great success, gained a handful of enemies; there were professors, medicine, and academy with heads and beards, all intending to develop a new business of vaccinating the population and developing vaccines.

Dr. Neveu was not constrained by the fact that the entire medical intellectual elite rejected his scientific work. On the contrary, he continued his research with even greater intensity. He made amazing results in pharyngitis, hoarseness, colds, flu, asthma, bronchitis, broncho-pneumonia, emphysema, whooping cough, smallpox, rubella, mumps, scarlet fever, food poisoning, gastroenteritis, ulcers, asepsis, postpartum fever, and osteomyelitis.

Use of magnesium chloride

In the following years, the indications of the very healing effects of magnesium chloride do not end with these two French scientists’ work. Magnesium chloride is successfully used in asthmatic acute attack, shock, herpes zoster, acute and chronic conjunctivitis, optic neuritis, rheumatism, and many allergic diseases.

The use of magnesium chloride should be 25 grams in one liter of liquid.

Adults and children over 5 years 125 ml

4 years old children  100 ml

3 years old children  80 ml

1-2 years old children  60 ml

Over 6 months, children 30 ml

Under 6 months  children 15 ml

These doses are taken orally. Magnesium chloride has a laxative effect, so that diarrhea may occur in the first days of therapy, especially at high doses, but this is not a reason to stop therapy. The taste of the solution is not very good, so that you can add a little fruit juice from grapefruit or lemon.

In chronic diseases, 2 of the above doses are given daily for a longer period of time, several months at least and maybe several years.

In acute diseases, the doses are given every 6 hours or every 3 hours in severe diseases, then reduced to 8 hours and then to 12 hours as the condition improves.

As a preventive measure, magnesium chloride can be taken in one dose per day.

Magnesium chloride is more easily absorbed and used by the body

Due to its clinical and pharmacological mode of action and lower tissue toxicity compared to magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride is the preferred form of magnesium because it is more easily assimilated and therefore more bioavailable. It makes it easier for the body to absorb and use it. On the other hand, magnesium sulfate is more difficult to absorb. Magnesium sulphate is also excreted faster than magnesium chloride via urine and kidneys. For that reason, magnesium sulfate should be taken much more and more often in order to achieve the same result.

It can be tempting to go to the nearest drugstore and buy Epsom salts for night relaxation. But if you really want to effectively reduce stress, opt for a good night’s sleep, magnesium bath flakes and oral magnesium are better choices.
