candida fungal infection

Any fungal infection spreads easily. Many women will suffer from itching and discomfort from vaginal candidiasis at least once in their lives, and no one is immune to infections such as lichens and athletic foot. In most cases, fungal infections are easily treated with antifungal creams that you can purchase or some antifungal drug taken orally (which can be obtained with a prescription or purchased). Whatever medication you use, additional treatment measures can also help treat and prevent the recurrence of the infection.

Carrying with candidiasis

Probably not a fungal infection, candidiasis provokes mushroom Candida albicans It usually occurs in the vagina but can also occur in both the skin’s mouth and moist folds. Couples can transmit this infection to each other during sexual intercourse. If you have vaginal candidiasis, make sure your partner is not also infected, which is most common in men who have not had circumcision.

For vaginal infections, rub twice a day, two days in a row, with the solution obtained by adding 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to 1 liter of water. This slightly acidic solution creates a hostile environment for candida fungi.

But you should only do that for two days and only when you have candidiasis. If you use this rinsing liquid when it is unnecessary, you are flushing out beneficial bacteria that repel the infection.

You can easily treat infections in both men and women with purchased creams, such as Canesten. Application natural yogurt can also relieve pain.

Pour sea salt into a warm bath, stir the water until it dissolves and soak nicely. You can do this every day, as long as it helps while relieving itching and pain. Immersion in saltwater also speeds up healing. Rinsing with salt water can also be useful in oral candidiasis.

Try a fighter against infection – garlic

Eat a few garlic cloves garlic per day. Since ancient times, hot garlic has been used to fight everything from colds to red infections. Its action, like a fungus, makes it useful code candidiasis. It is most effective when crushed and eaten uncooked. If you don’t like the idea of chewing the whole clove, mash it and add it to the salad dressing or mix it into the pasta sauce.

Some people recommend inserting a garlic clove wrapped in gauze into the vagina. Most women, however, will prefer to use an antifungal cream – especially since garlic can burn.

Fight bacteria against candidiasis

You take a pinch of pure, unsweetened yogurt that contains mercury every day Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria. It has been shown to reduce the excessive growth of candida in the vagina and intestines. If, however, you have a bacterial infection, yogurt, unlike in the case of candidiasis, could make things worse.

Other fungus fighters

Make a cinnamon solution, which according to research, has strong antifungal properties (Some German scientists have found that impregnating toilet paper with cinnamon would, in fact, completely suppress the fungus responsible for candidiasis). Add 8 crushed cinnamon sticks to 4 tablespoons of boiling water and cook for about five minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and let the cinnamon soak for 45 minutes. Some herbalists advise using this lukewarm rinsing liquid; others say drinking cinnamon tea helps candidiasis keep under control.

To help your immune system fight infection, take 3 doses of 200 mg chicane three times a day, or drink 4 times a day to solve a full drop of tincture of echinacea in one salt of water. Take chicane every day for a maximum of two weeks, then stop taking it for two weeks.

Keeping candidiasis away from you

Contrary to popular belief, a diet high in carbohydrates, i.e., one that contains sugar, does not increase the risk of getting candidiasis. There is also no benefit to a diet that does not contain yeast. The yeast fungus used in making bread is not the same type as the fungus responsible for candidiasis.

Be at night without underwear. Due to that candida thriving in a warm, humid environment, airflow will help you avoid infection. During the day, also be without panties whenever you can. If you can’t do that, choose cotton panties, which allow better airflow than those made of synthetic material.

For the same reasons, avoid tight pants.

Do not stay in wet suits for long after swimming. Take a quick shower and replace the wet suit with a dry one.

After bathing or swimming, to dry the outer vaginal area, use a cold-set hairdryer.

Do not use soap or hot water to maintain vaginal hygiene. It removes healthy natural skin barriers that help keep vaginal candidiasis under control.

Stay away from perfumed tampons, women’s deodorants, and baths. The odors’ chemical compounds can disrupt the sensitive environment inside the vagina and thus allow candidiasis to take control.

Also, avoid perfumed talc. Some women believe that the powder irritates the skin and that this additional irritation makes them more susceptible to candidiasis.

Go to the toilet after making love. The mucous membrane of the vagina is naturally slightly acidic, while semen is basic, which makes the inside of the vagina more susceptible to candidiasis.  Passing urine will help make the area less suitable for developing an infection.

Disgusting lichens

skin lichen

Lichens – which were once thought to worm hiding under the skin   – common are fungal infections of the skin.

At the first sign of infection, look for commercially available antifungal drugs that contain ingredients such as miconazole and clotrimazole. Well-known brands of these products are  Canesten AF and Daktarin. Most of them must be applied twice a day. If you follow the package’s instructions, the lichens should start to recede after one week. Use these medications twice a day for at least 8 weeks to make sure you are completely rid of the infection.

Take care to keep the affected area clean and dry.

If the infected area begins to breastfeed or leak any contents, apply cold or warm moist compresses. You can also soak it in water in which bitter salt has been dissolved to help drain the rash from which the leak occurred. Be careful not to puncture the blisters, and see a doctor as soon as possible.

What is wrong ???

The lichens are fungal infection goats who tend to insidious serious groin, scalp, feet, and face. It often begins in the round, red surfaces that itch and spread. During the spread, the central area manages to heal, but all around it, there is a red, stepped ring, the cheese with which the development of the infection continues. Suppose it’s on your scalp, where there will be some disheveled skin and an area where hair has fallen out. Lichens are a contagious infection that accelerates growth in warm and humid conditions and often spreads when people touch an infected area, such as the bottom of a shower stall.

Green walnut

If lichens attack you in the fall, you may be able to treat them with an outer walnut shell. The walnut tree bears fruits that look like a large pale green plum. Walnut, with its shell, is wrapped in a thick green bark of a specific smell. Knead this crust into a paste and apply it on the spots up to 4 times a day until the problem is solved. (Warning: This mass is poisonous to eat, so make sure it is found only on the skin).

Curry cure

Levite lichens with turmeric.  The main ingredient of curry powder, turmeric, contains curcumin, which helps many with inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis. It is unclear why turmeric should be so effective in fungal skin diseases, but Asian medicine has long used this spice to fight lichens. Stir in one or two coffee spoons turmeric in as much water as needed to make a paste. Spread this paste over the affected area and cover it with a gauze piece. Remove it after 10 minutes to an hour. You can repeat this 3 to 4 times a day, but stop using turmeric if you notice that it irritates your skin.

The power of prevention

Do not share shoes and used towels with other people – they can spread the infection.

If any family members have lichens, you should take care that they wear shared clothes or hairbrushes.

Wash in hot water all clothing, towels, hand towels, and bedding that may have contact with the infected area of skin.

Make sure to completely dry your feet after swimming or bathing using a hairdryer whenever possible. The area between the toes is the most common area for fungal development.

To avoid the possibility of picking up fungi, instead of going barefoot around public pools, use slippers or sandals.

Put some antifungal powder in shoes or groin to absorb excess moisture.

Pets can be carriers of lichens that can be transmitted to humans. If you notice a hairless spot on your dog or cat’s skin, take your pet to the vet as soon as possible to begin treatment for lichens.
