Obesity is the second leading cause of death after smoking. This is a great reason to lose weight as quickly as possible. We will help you reach your ideal weight. It is the most important, as with quitting smoking. Without a will, there are no results.
It is associated with an increased mortality rate of all ages, including children. Even though it is commercialized, losing weight is still to your advantage if you weigh more than you need.
Weight loss and being overweight are often mentioned together. However, they are technically related to two different things.
Being overweight technically means being overweight. This includes all body tissues. Obesity, on the other hand, explicitly refers to excess body fat, e.g., a professional weightlifter is overweight due to excess muscle but is not obese.
Losing weight is what should worry you
Weight loss is no longer a problem that you can afford to procrastinate on, and good health intimidation is probably next.
Reason 1 for weight loss diabetes
Diabetes: It is known that 80-90% of patients with type 2 diabetes are overweight.
Diabetes is the third leading cause of death in the United States and the leading cause of adult blindness in the world.
One of the direct causes of obesity is the wrong food. Some of these wrong foods include high glycemic foods.
High glycemic foods are dense foods that quickly increase your body’s blood glucose levels after meals. This causes the body to retain unnecessarily high glucose/energy in the fat. That is why losing weight is difficult.
Type-Two-Diabetes comes because the body cannot produce enough insulin to remove excess glucose in the blood and store it as body fat.
Reason 2 to lose weight stroke
Stroke: Obesity is associated with arteriosclerosis, including fatty deposits in the arteries throughout the body. This makes them narrow by slowing down the blood flow and, among other things, increases the risk of blood clotting.
Risks at risk include those that supply blood to the brain.
If the clotting is due to a narrowed artery, it blocks the blood supply to the brain’s area, causing a stroke. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.
Reason 3 to lose weight Cancer
Cancer: – Estimates of the World Health Organization (WHO) between 25% – 33% of cancer patients are overweight and physically inactive.
Body fat obviously promotes higher insulin production levels and excess estrogen, a hormone. Both insulin and estrogen accelerate cell division.
Adipose tissue has probably formed; new fat cells for fat storage and regular cell division.
As research has shown, the faster the cells duplicate, the more the chances of developing cancer cells increase.
The situation is further complicated because excess hormones cause the rapid division of cells leads to faster reproduction of cancer cells, so cancer begins to develop actively.
Besides, fat cells usually keep cancer cells, which cause cancer, trapped in the body, which increases the chances of developing cancer.
The types of cancer for which there is a high risk that you may get them are the following:
Breast cancer – affects the breasts is possible in men and women.
Colorectal cancer – affects the colon and rectum.
Prostate cancer – affects the prostate in men.
Endometrial cancer – affects the uterus.
Esophageal cancer – affects the esophagus.
Kidney cell cancer, kidney cancer, etc.
Reason 4 to lose weight breathing problems
Breathing problems: – Obesity leads to a decrease in “lungs.” The lungs and chest wall begin to rise harder in the process of breathing.
The most common respiratory problem is sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is when an individual stops breathing for a while sleeping.
The soft tissue in the throat falls, probably due to the weight blocking it.
For very obese, sleep apnea may become more complicated with hypoventilation.
Hypoventilation is the accumulation of toxic carbon dioxide levels in the blood due to inadequate breathing.
Losing weight would be the only permanent safe, and healthy solution for sleep apnea.
Reason 5 to lose weight Urinary incontinence
Urinary incontinence: This is the involuntary release of urine.
Being overweight can contribute to urinary incontinence.
A heavy stomach may lead to the weakening of the bladder valve.
The weight also puts pressure on the urinary bladder, expelling the urine outside.
This causes urine to leak when you cough, sneeze or laugh.
This is due to the mild relaxation of the bladder valve, which will not normally result in a leak.
There may even be urination in bed.
This particular problem can be a very effective motivator for weight loss.
Reason 6 for weight loss are varicose veins
Varicose Veins: – Also known as Venous Stratis Disease. The muscles of the legs and thighs help the heart in the bloodstream, as do most of the body’s larger muscles.
They are involved in pumping blood against gravity back into the heart using valves that close to avoid backflow.
The pressure resulting from a large abdomen can increase the working load on the valves, which are eventually damaged.
The damaged valves then allow the blood to flow due to gravity, causing high pressure in these veins, which leads to swelling, thickening of the skin, and skin ulcers.
Reason 7 for weight loss high blood pressure
High blood pressure: BMI ( body mass index ) and age together represent the strongest indicator of the risk of hypertension or high blood pressure.
At least one-third of hypertension is associated with obesity.
Reason 8 to lose weight other diseases
Other diseases: Other diseases that can occur as a result of being overweight include:
- Gub
- Coronary heart disease
- Lower back pain
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Immune disorder
- Liver disease
- Pancreatitis
- Bad body odor
- Depression
Research shows that even a modest weight loss of 6 kg on excess weight significantly reduces the risk of developing these diseases.
Losing weight is actually a challenge that many try every year.
Unfortunately, many do not succeed in this healthy endeavor.
And all for one thing; do not have adequate information on effective weight loss.
EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS IS PERMANENT.
Factors for successful weight loss
There are a few key steps you need to follow to leverage your own reservoirs of power, desire, and self-confidence.
Self-acceptance
For any of this to succeed, you will want to have or develop a certain level of self-esteem for your body and all its good qualities, as well as its weaknesses.
That doesn’t mean you have to be content when you’re not in shape. However, what it means is that you have to be “ok” with your “best body” – not someone else’s.
Find the key to your own motivation. Different things work for different people. While there are 4 or 5 body types, there are several different personality types. You may want to try several different motivational tools to see which one works best for you. Here are some ideas on things to try:
Have a training/diet partner (or partners)
Motivational books
Imagine how you will look and feel when you reach your personal best body.
Thinking about the quality of life from health to a better mood.
Setting achieved goals
Most people try to come up with new random goals.
This can often lead to the first failure, then disappointments when problems with self-acceptance are combined with a lack of understanding of what motivates you.
Drown yourself in those things that motivate you when you discover them! If that works, then work. DO NOT GIVE UP.
Take full advantage of factor # 1 in achieving weight loss and maintaining physical fitness.
Maintain your progress by establishing a fitness lifestyle many of you have figured out so far that I’m not a fan of traditional diets.
They don’t work and are rarely healthy. More than anything else, your daily lifestyle will determine what results you get, and your psychic view of everything drives you or repels you from the activities that make up that lifestyle.
THERE IS NO GOOD REASON WHY YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THE SUCCESSFUL WHEN IT IS ABOUT A HEALTHY LIFE AND LOSS OF WEIGHT.
Educate yourself about your body’s strengths and weaknesses and then develop a winning attitude by giving your psyche an effective motivation to respond to. That is the hardest part. And that is possible with the right information and training.
